Agreement and website purpose
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Universal Enterprises LLC for people considering outdoor design, construction, landscaping, and related services in the Omaha area.
Website descriptions, photos, articles, examples, ranges, and preliminary conversations are general information only. They are not a bid, warranty, design approval, or construction contract.
Using this website
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful evaluation of our services. You may not disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, burden it through automated collection, impersonate another person, or use its content to mislead others.
Project inquiries and agreements
Submitting a form does not create a contractor-client relationship or reserve a project date. Scope, price, schedule, payment, warranty, change-order, and cancellation terms apply only when stated in a separately signed agreement. Site conditions and material availability may affect recommendations and pricing.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the site design, writing, graphics, logo presentation, project imagery, and original content are owned by Universal Enterprises LLC or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal evaluation, but may not republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies. A link does not mean we control or endorse every statement on the destination site.
Disclaimers and limitation
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the website and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, law, and enforceability
We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their posted date. Nebraska law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Nebraska.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement about use of this site, but do not replace any signed project agreement.
